This single cask brandy was made by ''Tokachi Wine'' in Hokkaido in 1975 and was bottled in 2018. This brandy does not add water to reduce the alcohol percentage, So the alcohol percentage is 60%. Enjoy long-term aging and deep aroma and excelent taste from oak barrel.

Since ancient times, viticulture has flourished throughout Yamanashi Prefecture. With its varied soil conditions, diverse climate, and distinct terrain, grapes with unique personalities are grown here. We regard our vineyards’ individuality as a blessing from nature, and honor this blessing by creating complimenting blends to emphasize each vineyard’s particular characteristics. This 2019 wine is a blend of 6 different wines from Katsunuma Town, Koshu City. This wine flawlessly conveys the charm of Yamanashi’s terroir and its indigenous Koshu grape in a beautiful, clear style that suits its name "Claraza" = "Clear", in Portuguese. Our aim is to create a wine to keep by your side for any occasion, from everyday meals to special celebrations.
