Japan Food Journal is the publisher of various leading food and beverage publications in Japan for 65 years including the Japanese food newspaper published every other day. The company is also the organizer of FABEX, one of the leading food and beverage trade fairs in Japan since 1997.
FABEX is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery; Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare; and Tokyo Metropolitan Government etc. FABEX 2008 recorded 316 exhibitors and next year more than 60,000 trade visitors are expected to come to the joint events of Wine & Gourmet Japan and FABEX.
